Payment Options

​​​​​​​We offer a wide range of payment options to meet our client's needs and ensure we can provide the best service possible. We accept the following payment methods:

Insurance

Colony Eye Care Center participates in many medical insurance and vision discount plans. We are happy to bill your services to any plan with which we have a contract. Please be sure to bring all relevant information regarding your insurance plan so that we can process your claim. Prior to your appointment, we recommend checking with your carrier to determine if we are authorized providers on your plan.

Patients who do not carry a vision discount plan should contact our office to discuss options. Our staff are more than happy to answer any questions and as a team we always do our best to leave our patients happy and healthy.
